Speaker Bio

Melissa Colestock, Director of Deliverables at SitelogIQ, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Historic Preservation of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. In her leadership role, she oversees the development and delivery of facility study reports, guiding projects from early development through the selection of construction delivery methods. Melissa collaborates closely with clients to identify the most cost-effective approaches to building construction. With extensive experience in the MUSH markets—municipalities, universities, K–12 schools, and healthcare—she brings deep expertise in construction management, engineering, building commissioning, and performance contracting. A strong advocate for client satisfaction, Melissa is committed to delivering successful outcomes on every project. She actively engages with stakeholders, often extending her involvement beyond project completion by participating in community-focused events that strengthen client relationships.
